Crime certainly isn't taking a summer vacation. The Van Buren County Sheriff's department had to deal with a bunch of car break-ins in Hartford Township today (Wednesday). The vicitms were all in Hartford Township.....and had all, unfortunately left their vehicles unlocked overnight. They got up this morning to find everything from GPS units to loose change missing. From the Sheriff's department.....lock your cars. Even at your house. If you can shed any light on these break ins and thefts call the Van Buren County Sheriff's office or Crimestoppers.
