St. Joseph Police confirmed that a 26 year old man from out of state drowned Sunday evening at Silver Beach. Rip tides are believed to have played a role in the drowning. Police say they responded to the call at 7:51 p.m. St. Joseph Police tell us they will be releasing more infomation soon. We'll have that when it becomes available.
