Harbor Shores has announced its plans for the grand opening of its golf course this summer. Ten holes of the Jack Nicklaus Signature course were opened last year as part of a special preview season, but this year will bring the completion of all 18. A celebration to make that official is planned for August tenth, and on hand will be not only Jack Nicklaus himself, but also golf great Arnold Palmer. Harbor Shores Managing Director Mark Hesemann says that the development is honored to have Nicklaus back in Benton Harbor, adding that he thinks the project will be a point of pride for the community in the coming years.
